    I'm not sure I understand what you mean there.
    Im sure you do ive probably explained it wrong its a reflex thing when running to take an example, we lift and drive on contact, the major drive comes from the 15 degrees of lift and drop of the feet when repeating the cycle part of proprioception, same with throwing shots,
