I dont get how some fans only have eyes for the top and say the rest are bums I think they undermine the sport and what it takes to get anywhere near the top.
agreed. There are no bums. every man who gloves up and gets into the ring, bites down on that mouthpiece, is a real man in my opinion, he is ready to rumble, he knows he's going to get hit and some people have gotten killed, he has a family to feed, Earnie Shavers and Larry Holmes were sons of share-cropper farmers from down south, 10, 12, 14 brothers and sisters, they had to bail hay and chop wood, I respect those guys more than the guys who just go to the Chic Gym for Yuppies and sip on their Starbucks and give interviews to Elie Sethback or Max Kellerman.
