Good card so far. I only hope the main event measures up.

I agree. I think it was the way Ruiz bent down/ ducked, may have looked like he was hurt

Like the stoppage, Santa Cruz gave him to much allowance early but the grind down was clear to end.

Thought the stoppage was fine, Ruiz had nothing left and was eating flush shots against the ropes for a while, Bayless already hesitated the one time and couldn't see him clearly.

I think the stoppage was bad. But it was time for the fight to end already.

Stoppage was OK. It wasn't a Vegas stoppage but even the first fight wasn't a Vegas stoppage. Vegas likes the ref doing the full 10 count and a wave off over a prone body but tonight the stoppages are getting progressively British. Hopefully whoever refs the main event doesn't do a Froch-Groves 1.

True, but hung on the ropes getting hit is a bad spot for a guy clearly hurt. Morrison was still defending Mercer even after the final bell

Not to sound racist but i think when Mexicans are involved i prefer early stoppages dudes always got mountain sized hearts seemingly n some times need saving from themselves

They didn't waste dollars on the ring card girls for the heavyweight championship of the world.
