I have no idea, but until there is something consistent across the sport in all major title fights, I don't think it's fair to single anyone out for refusing anything when it doesn't have major implications for them.
I absolutely hate going to the doctor or having blood taken, if I were a millionaire and had to do so for work, I would gladly waste thousands to avoid it, and not just because I could never pass a drug test
