It should be a short and impressive fight for Alvarez. He's simply a much better fighter, Kirkland can't outbox him and if he goes for broke he'll probably get stopped quick imo. Their power might be close but Canelo has a chin and Kirkland doesn't, and everything else is all Canelo. The guy has slow feet, he's going to struggle against movers who can set traps, but Kirkland doesn't have a prayer of pulling that off.

Hasn't fought in forever, has 3 months to lose 45lbs. We all know what this is supposed to be and a competitive fight is not it. They just want him to get Mandingo in there so it looks good.

Agree, but still cant see any way this is going to be competitive. His style is perfect for Canelo. It will just be like the Angulo fight. An 8 or 9 round beat down before Kirkland quits or gets saved by his corner.
