Tito was able to dominate people who fell into his traps. No way Mayweather allows Tito to land. Mayweather keeps moving and forcing Tito to reset and Tito doesn't land a significant punch while Mayweather lands at will in the mid to late rounds.

Tito's special hand wraps wouldn't help him since he wouldn't even touch Floyd.
Tito just needed to land once. Oscar knew about the power and he could give it out. Floyd has no power to deter Tito.
Who was the defensive minded mobile boxer with light power Tito was ever actually able to ko...
Oba Carr
Carr was a solid fighter but not exactly a defensive boxer. I'm in the minority as I think he actually topped out where he belonged. He lost to some of the best but truth is he also got a couple of fortunate calls with Bramble and Coley. Manny did wonders for the kid but he could be sucked into slugfests with pure boxers and sluggers alike and be frontal. After the Trinidad loss he got an even bigger chip on his shoulders buddying up with Tyson and King
