That was just awesomeYou look close, at least 10 of those kids came for a contract. I think I have suppressed memory when it comes to music in grade school. We would have tubs of wood percussion blocks, the cheap tiny dual bongo, clackers, maracas and random bells on a stick to shake the fuck around
Then somehow I was signed up to play the trumpet in 5th grade and well that didn't go for long. Convinced myself I could beatbox in the 7th grade lunch court on a regular basis....
