Guys you're going to have me turning this thread into a discussion on BBQ . My area makes THE BEST pork barbeque in the east it's whole hog and for Lexington style it's shoulders, but the KEYS are the sauces!

That's the Eastern style sauce....but the Lexington style adds molasses and ketchup. You should give it a try Andre, you could make a killing running a BBQ joint down under!
