A lot of sense has been talked here. Yes, Khan undoubtedly has a lot of talent. (nowhere near as much as he believes however!) He's also brave and would fight anyone if the choice were his.
However, the choice is not his , and I think he has been very carefully matched as to limit his flaws being exposed. in this day and age , this is common place.
Khan looks great if he's allowed to, but you can't put muscles on chins, and I think it's also about his natural reaction when he is tagged that is a problem.
The reason he chases Floyd and Pac is because he could lose and still get big paydays after because everyone loses to them. But if he fought and lost against a Thurman or a Brook , his only options would be as a stepping stone and his pride and ego couldn't cope with that.
I do think he'd have a chance of beating Marquez (I don't see Marquez ever landing the Pac punch again) and although I never used to believe it, but he would stand a chance against Bradley IF Bradley isn't disciplined in his mind.

No one ever questions Khan's ability... just his chin. lol... and if you get chinned, then it kinda/sorta means you can't have a sustained boxing match.

Tommy Hearns had a chin, but he boxed his way out of many situations.

Khan has got some great attributes, his boxing ability is pretty ordinary for me.

That said stick a good chin on him and the cunt would be unbeatable.

His boxing ability is incredible. I think if he had a chin he'd be damn near unbeatable.

Khan has enough heart to fight through a situation, but a great fighter knows how to avoid getting in that situation in the first place.

Maybe he can meet up with Wlad and get some pointers. Wlad has been dominating with a suspect chin for 10 years now.

The secret is Wlad's great defense and jab. He prevents his opponents from hitting him clean or getting inside, where he's weak.

Khan has a great jab, I guess now he just needs the great defence part.

Khan should work on his head movement.

Maybe it's just me, but I also noticed in the early rounds of the Alexander fight a couple of times where Khan overreached with his punches. He should work on that as well.
