    Unnecessary? Maybe if Abraham was looking to protect himself. Reality is that the boxing world saw Smith winning the last fight, and if he wanted to clear that black mark, he had to offer the rematch.

    116-112, 117-111, 117-111. Probably about right, glad they had a proper set of judges in this time.

    Decent fight. On one hand Smith gave a decent account of himself but wasnt quite good enough, on the other Abraham proved he was good enough to outpoint a bloke who lasted less than 4 minutes with George Groves 3 years ago.
