The question is clear, and the word "supporting" is bolded. An obvious reference to who everyone wants to win. The connotation for "backing" would be more of who everyone believes will win. You can want a fighter to win for any number of reasons, some of them personal and unique, some of them a matter of public consensus.

I will be supporting THE FIGHT itself. May it be a cracker - please !!! I just want to see Floyd in a proper fight for once, digging deep, getting tagged etc, that's all I want to see. I hope Manny can force that


I'd like to see Manny win but at the end if Floyd does and I can say "now that was a great fight" then I won't be too disappointed. Questions, and lingering doubts, will have then been answered for a lot of us and laid to rest.

I will be rooting for you to hopefully finally get an erection for the first time in your life on May 2nd - maybe this fight is what you've needed in life
