They set 2 brits to officiate, a ref and a judge. The BBBoC changed the judge but they wont change the ref, even though both sides want the ref changed.

They granted groves pretty much every demand he wanted when he fought Froch, like all foreign judges and they have done for the last 7 or 8 title fights held in the UK.
