I haven't seen anything to indicate a "tremendous racial angle" for this fight. The only time we see racizm enter into the picture is when the media pays attention to racist attention grabbing hor's trying to make something that has potential, into a racizm subject. Usually by siding with a victim of a crime. The motivation of those select few is simply to generate $$$ to fuel thier own political agendas rather than to fix a red-hearing of so-called problem with society. The theme of the day has been police organizations. The theme of this fight is money, so how a racist is going to spin it into racially motivated battle of fans backing black against white. The biggest demographic watching this fight will more than likely be Mexica-Americans which btw is Floyd's insistence for haivng the fight on May 2nd. Two traditions for in the US for Cinco-de-mayo day is beer and boxing. It gets plastered all over the bars like the october fest in-order to sell more beer. I couldn't tell you what cino-de-mayo is in Mexico, because I've never assumiluated with the culture.
