    Early in a fighter's career, he needs a good promoter more than promoters need him. Once a mega star, it's pretty much the other way around. Promoters fight for the right to promote the star. These lines cross somewhere in the path to super stardom. Floyd passed that point a long time ago. Furthermore, Floyd was made well before GBP came into the picture. Floyd's also a jerk, but he's not stupid. To imply that King and/or Arum would've truncated his career is beyond laughable.
