There is no question he has skill, talent, and heart...but he also had a tonne of steroids to help him on his way. Lance Armstrong never failed a test either. He also had skill, talent, and heart, AND PEDs! It's a shame that these guys had to cheat to achieve what they did, because they already the natural strengths to achieve greatness on their own.
