There is more historical documentation including the writings of the first century historian Josephus about Christ, plenty by non believers at the time. The person of Christ in the gospels existed without doubt. There is more evidence of Christ than of Alexander the great. You may question that Christ was God but his existence can not be questioned. Yes, others were around during his time that some thought the messiah but they did not go on to change civilization as we know it. I don't get it Brock, are you saying I'm wrong. Do I need to post official Roman accounts of there dealings with Jesus or the writings of Josephus. No matter how you slice it Jesus existed. Are you saying he didn't, I'm just trying to determine where you are coming from, your personal belief.

1st of all Walrus there is no right or wrong, so no I would never say you were wrong.

2nd of all I believe there was more than 1 man named yeshua who went doing charismatic/political/miraculous stuff at that same time.

3rd of all I believe the Jesus of the Gospel is an amalgamation of the 2/3 Yeshuas, the things attributable to the 1 Jesus of the Gospels were really performed by several Yeshuas, and it all morphed into one historical person. I believe the Yeshua of the Gospel existed in duplicate or even triplicate.
