Think of decades past. What was more iconic in suburban neighborhoods than the kiddy lemonade stand? If we're going to police those out of existence..... let's not stop there. Let's outlaw bake sales as well. You can poison people just as easily with a tainted cupcake as with a glass of lemonade.
Somewhere a line has to be drawn.
Hey I hear ya, but you know how the yanks are with lawsuits.
A few months back I remember reading about a girl who ran down three teens in her car (wasn't entirely her fault, I think they were jaywalking or something), killed at least one of the kids, and sued the survivors for causing her emotional distress
