DHB: Which fight do you think was your best performance?
Larry Holmes: The best fight was when I beat Norton of the title. It was a hard 15 rounds. I didn't expect him to be that strong. In fact Don King and the rest of the boxing world never thought I would beat Norton.
DHB: Which fight do you think was your worst performance?
LH: The worst fight was with Tyson. I knew I wasn't ready.
DHB: Who gave you the hardest fight?
LH: Norton gave me the hardest fight. Also Carl Williams was hard because he fought just like me. I gave some hard body shots which stopped him.
DHB: How did the rivalry start between you and Foreman
LH: It started when he wouldn't fight me. I just think he is a phoney.
DHB: What is your prediction if you and Foreman ever fight?
LH: I would beat GEORGE when they stop the fight in the ninth round because he can't see anymore. I will jab until his face blows up.
DHB: What are you doing now these days?
LH: I am traveling doing personal appearances , buying and selling real estate and business's, endoresing products.
DHB: What would be your advice to a young talent who wants to do boxing as a proffession?
LH: I recommend to make sure you have a job to fall back on in case your Boxing career fails. Don't rely on making money in boxing until you have a lot of wins. Have a manager who you trust and will guide you in the ring and outside the ring.
DHB: Is there anything you would like to say to your fans and maybe George Foreman?
LH: I hope to see all my fans through my travels and hope Foreman changes his mind and fights me in 2005.
