had been the OPBF Lightweight Champion since April 10, 1981.
Kwang-Min {Age; 26 years, 3 months} was ranked #9 WBA and #10 WBC at Lightweight,
and a win here and Kwang-Min was in line for a World Title bout in the Spring of 1982.
Kwang-Min was 'no slouch', as his only losses were a {L Split Dec 15} to WBA Light-Welterweight
