I think after breaking his nose and waiting for about a year Watson just lost a bit of fire and then met a great fighter that could negate him. McCallum was a Great fighter because Watson was not too shabby himself and as pointed out McCallum was winding down his career while Watson who had dismantled Benn, was still coming up.
