Manny needs to throw a high volume of punches at the right time but I think he is past his best years.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
Roach's coaching has done alot for Pac. B4 Morales I- Manny was called a left hand fighter- Well midway through his career he learned to throw that right until most wanna be fans don't know Roach helped Pac develop an even handed attack. However, Manny was also called an off-balance fighter to which some claim Roach corrected- the bad IMO with that is that Pac never had bad balance-rather he had the tenacity to throw back-no matter his footing & position.
If Roach allows Pac to revert to that mindset- fuck where U at- make sure you punch last- U get off last- Then he will definately throw more per round than PBF.
If he wins 4 of the 1st 6 or 7 rounds, then play counter Rounds7 & on. If he's up on the cards @ that point; how else can PBF win late rounds unless PBF is in pot-shot mode with an agressive Pac?
In other words, Pac could go all out as some hope in the 1st few rounds- but dont keep that strategy- Floyd will time him like everyone else- Floyd will figure that rhythm- but What if?
Pac is up on the cards 1st 1/2 of the fight & plays counter himself the second 1/2?
One thing I say Floyd doesnt do often if not well is combination punching. He is a laser specialist with pot-shotting, not combos.

Pacquiao isn't the same fighter to throw 100 punches per round with reckless bad intentions he had before fighting Dela Hoya. Prior to that fight his average per round was probably over 80 per round. After Dela Hoya his output dropped to less than 70 per round with his in and out style for fighting way larger fighters. Against Floyd, his number of punches being up will likely be determined by how much Floyd stays on the outside and sits on his punches to make Pac give way to caution. I would say it's a safe bet if you uses a 60 punch average against Floyd. Any higher than that would mean Floyd is off his game.
