I say it as I don't think gender is particularly relevant when it comes to babies. I don't see a boy or a girl, I just see a baby whence 'it'. I have no knowledge of the child, so I am unlikely to be using gender specific pronouns.

It is, I mean you look what happened to you as an adult after you where dressed as a girl all your childhood.
Gender is important .
