We don't know if Pac was clean or dirty because he pulled out of the fight. We can make assumptions but we can't know for certain because he wasn't willing to fight Floyd in 2010 with drug testing unless he could choose the dates which makes testing pointless.

Steroids can increase bat speed which has many effects on hitting a baseball. Just like that steroids can increase punch velocity. Suddenly that punch that was a fraction late gets there. PEDs can improve stamina so that guy that is arm weary in the 9th is suddenly fresh as a daisy and landing 40 punches. I'm not saying they don't work. I'm saying Pacquiao's so called improved punch power had a hell of a lot more to do with the make-up of certain opponents than it did with PEDS....considering nobody on here even knows if Pacquiao was clean or not.

Manny only stopped DLH with accumulation. His fights at higher weights have mostly gone the distance and Manny if anything is more conservative and intelligent. That is the only difference.
