well most brazilian fighters are pretty terrible, usually have padded records fighting other overweight bums in there country.

It may seem like a decent record, but im guessing this guy is no better than Costa Junior.

AJ knockout round 4 or 5.

i saw he went the distance with charles martin who is a pretty decent fighter, maybe im being too harsh.

Just noticed Callum Smith is on the bill as well , against TBA. I know he's been injured, but he's not going to get a test either. Callum is one of my favourite fighters, but he also needs to be moved along quicker and keep the momentum going.

His last opponent was a very good fighter for someone of Callums level right now.

Joshua will get a shock when it comes to Johnsons, if indeed the fight even does go ahead. He will not be landing his punches and will have to go rounds. Has he the stamina to jump straight to an almost guaranteed distance fight? Johnson may not be that aggressive but he has enough about him if he feels Joshua flagging to take advantage.

I say let him pad his record and help his promoter out.

To be honest i dont see this fight or the Johnson fight causing him any problems at all. Johnson is just awful at this stage. He throws no punches and while he can take a punch I cant see him seeing the final bell in this fight. I actually think this Brazilian has a better chance of hearing the final bell than Johnson does.

Johnson doesnt take punches. Chisora had him down so im not so sure his punch resistance is that fantastic. I think with Chisora he felt he could be a bit more competative.

What odds would you give to the Brazilian to go 12 roumds and what odds would you give Johnson to go 12?

Probably around 6/1 with the Brazilian and 7/2 with Johnson. Brazilian fight only 10 rounder.

He will be do padding after the fight, because I can't see going more than 4.

He went 10 with Charles Martin, 12 with Briggs and 12 with Pudor. He fought last weekend and has 3 weeks notice. Hard to see him being in terrible shape. Earliest stoppage the 6th. Could very well stop him in the 1st but would be impressive if he did. This is the type of opponent you heap loads of praise on Fury if he does well against yet you are only setting Joshua up to disappoint?
