Brock, for the experience I don't see why you wouldn't want to give it a shot, but I say that with no real knowledge of living in Europe or anything like that. Lots of things to consider like the location, the school, the cost of living etc. I approach it more from the point view that you have given other places a shot, so why not try another? That's the fun thing about teaching. It's not the high life, but you can get around, see a few places, and never be tied down indefinitely. In terms of getting around Europe, you have all those interesting countries in such close proximity and one of the few good things about the EU is ease of travel which I know you are into.
