Think theres a few ways of looking at that Joe.I do a thing where we tie the backfoot, to the ring on the underside of the bag, jab arm 6" from the bag, it doesnt matter how heavy the bag is. So you have to move the bag doesnt, works a treat, plus the legs cant cross. Had a video of it but lost it.

You know what's worth mentioning too is a lot of people don't throw their punch from the right position. If your starting position is off, your punch is ruined before you throw it.
