Tyson was on drugs here but that just made him say how he really feels.
As far as the Ali thing, i dont think anyone will ever be "greater" than Ali from a impact, and magnitude standpoint. But if we're talking boxing, and statistically analyzing a fighter, his skill level, his record and opposition. Then I think it can easily be argued that FLoyd is one of the best to ever do it.
