Realistically, I don't think there is an excuses for either guy. But fans will make one.

For pac it will be he was old the fight should have happened 5 years ago (like Floyd is immune to ageing). The drug testing weakened him. And something about Floyd cheating.

I can't think of a good one for Floyd, maybe that he got old over night.

I can see both sides blaming the ref if he makes a mistake during the fight.

I see more excuses being made for Pacquiao than Floyd.
