Rd 1 - Both start cautiously with nerves. Pac does less than May. (10-9 Floyd)

Rd 2 - Pac turns it up a bit, but Floyd manages to avoid Pac's charges and boxes his way to the round. (10-9 Floyd)

Rd 3 - Pac ratchets it up a bit, sensing he's got to take the fight to Floyd. Pac takes it on amount of effective aggressiveness. (10-9 Pac)

Rd 4 - Pac pours it on even more... while Floyd begins to make adjustments to Pac's aggressiveness and starts trying to time the counter right. (even round)

Rd 5 - Floyd answers Pac's aggressiveness with some of his own, just to get Pac off of him. He nails Pac with some good shots, momentarily stopping Pac's momentum. (10-9 Floyd)

Rd 6 - Both fighters settle into their game plan, with Pac being a bit more cautious than in Rd 4. Nothing spectacular from either fighter. (even round)

Rd 7 - Pac senses he needs to establish more control and make Floyd work more. He presses and takes back some of the offensive. (10-9 Pac)

Rd 8 - Floyd again makes minor adjustments to effectively counter Pac's aggressiveness and pretty much picks his spots, pot shotting Pac effectively. (10-9 Floyd)

Rd 9 - Pac begins to see he's not going to get to Floyd with the force he'd like, so he settles back and engages in a boxing match with Floyd. (10-9 Floyd)

Rd 10 - Repeat of Rd 9. (10-9 Floyd)

Rd 11 - Roach implores Pac to press his attack, sensing the decision won't go his way. Pac comes out more aggressive, but Floyd holds him off, tagging with a few more good shots. (10-9 Floyd)

Rd 12 - As is always the case with the loser, Pac will come out like gang busters and momentarily push Floyd back... but Floyd will box from a distance, countering effectively and using his defense to nullify Pac's attack. Judges see it as Pac's round. (10-9 Pac)

Floyd wins 7 rounds to 3, with 2 rounds even.

Not too far from the truth, I'd say.

Floyd won the first 2-3 rounds, and the last half of the fight.
