Well the NSAC says it's bullshit, and the laws of Nevada say it is bullshit. Why didn't he mention it i the ring post fight? Why did he wait until he had a chance to come up with a story? Why if he has this terrible shoulder injury before "the biggest fight in history" why aren't they sure when it happened? Simple answer, because it's bullshit. 6 years of bullshit.
