Have been listening to radio all day and post fight withdrawals. I feel like I'm watching my pet be abused and mutilated. This "event" did no favors for the sport.

Mayweather is a genius. He's made a truck load of money off the back of serving up an event that was horse shit from start to finish.

It was a corporate event that Joe Blogs was not invited to and the atmosphere or lack of is testament to that. It was as dull as dishwater from the outset and never improved.

Mayweather was never going to be part of a Hagler Hearns matchup, we all knew that, but he could have fulfilled our boxing appetites with a couple of barnstorming televised undercard fights. That would have made all the difference for me, if the crowd (the ones that actually want to watch not just say they were there) were already full to the brim on 'fighting', Mayweathers boxing could have been the cherry on top of a boxing banquet that ticked all the boxes.

I've had more fun watching a low rent prizefighter tournament.
When God said to the both of us "Which one of you wants to be Sugar Ray?" I guess I didnt raise my hand fast enough

I told you @Memphis this was a non-event but you believed Manny would win or was that SmashUp I said that too?
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
