Saumders only got a split decision.

Eubank has improved since then Saunders has litterally stagnated.
You know as well as me Saunders is waiting. He did not expect Lee to get injured. He is the top contender which he has rightfully earned. Why should he challenge Junior again? It was a close decision as you, why take unnecessary risk.

Fighters wait out at times for the right opportunity. If I was advising Saunders I would tell him to take an easy warm up and wait for Lee.

    I would not sign.

What I don't understand is that Eubank is not even in the top 15 in the WBO Rankings. How can the WBO Leapfrog every other fighter in their rankings to make this fight. How do they feel about that?
Infact, apart from the WBA, he is not in the top 15 of any governing bodies rankings!
Nowhere in the report at the start of this thread, or any report in the last week, does it mention a WBO Interim match. I reckon Warren started that off to try to justify it.
I think that after the 1st fight, the rematch should come about after both have progressed a bit , otherwise there's no real difference, it's just making fights for the sake of making money. If they keep fighting each other, how are they going to progress their relative prospects of becoming World Champ?
They'll end up fighting each other 6 times, making decent money and never chasing World Titles. Makes no sense to me , and it's why the Americans think the Brits blow sunshine up their own asses with no substance.
