Laurence Cole needed to be shot a long time ago. That was a disgrace. Burns was "robbed" and I was "robbed" of a 12/1 winner. Jim Watt and Nick Halling need to be shot too.

After last weeks fight it seems like everyone enjoyed a good old fashion tear up.

Well deserved victory by McDonnell. Stunned he got the decision though.

Burns was treated very harshly. Watt an idiot as usual. Burns has a lot more left than we thought. Although Figueroa is limited to the extreme.

just watch these fights last night and i have to agree with masses

i thought burns was very good and a 6 point gap was shocking

the ref kept warning burns for hitting behind the head but figeroa kept turning round

and yes watts scoring was poo, still the best commentator around tho

i just saw this thread. i like figueroa but thought that the score cards were ridiculous. i had it 6-6 but with the ridiculous point deductions, i had figueroa winning. it was a close fight but the commentators didnt say anything. it was weird. i dont know why figueroa didnt give himself room to punch. he allowed burns to smother his punches. he wouldnt take a step back to land hard shots. again, i like figueroa but he will never get to the top.

he definitely has that feeling of a guy that rises to the top with some fortunate decisions and then after his first loss, he falls off the deep end and becomes totally irrelevant.
