That's a big contender for KOTY. WTF happened to Kirkland's left bicep? Is tha t a blood smear or an actual cut?

Why is James Kirkland even taking fights without Ann Wolfe in his corner? Not saying he would have won this with her, but he definitely wasn't going to win it without her.

    Saw it on the slo-mo.
That's blood from Kirkland's mouth that somehow instantly spurted out and deposited itself on his left bicep on his way down.

    KOTY candidate for sure.

Yes. Finally worked it out. Had a little bit to drink here.

EDIT. His mouth made contact with his arm on the way down. He's lucky his torso took almost the full force of the fall cos if he'd gone head first into the canvas it could have been bad for him.

Viewed from the side, he did suffer whiplash when his shoulder hit the canvas.
Geez.... I feel like we're doing a forensic analysis on the poor guy.

Excellent analysis of the blood splatter from the mouth; you beat me to it.

Damn good little war and beautiful knockout.

Kirkland is a great warrior, but Canelo is a greater boxer.
