I do karate exercises, shadow boxing, and recently added some yoga exercises that I used to do when I was young in my routine. At night I practice meditation. All these I've been doing pretty religiously for years, hardly skipping a day except when I'm pretty sick.
I'm also an expert in playing classical guitar, something I've been doing since I was 10 years old, and believe me that was a very, very long time ago...
Once in awhile, get outside in fresh air, take a deep breath & with a deep sigh, let out all the things that's bottled up inside you & be free, & you'll get a glimpse of nirvana.
@pacfan I always wanted to ask you if that is your picture on your avatar

Hahaha, you must be kiddin' right, @walrus? I'm a bit younger than that. He's one of the masters of the style of karate I learned. Here he is - pretty old fella but still packs a lot of power:

@pacfan I figured it was something like that but with your talk about karate I began to wonder.

well I've been having a little flutter today on the online roulette, at 7am this morning I was up by £185 and I've just had another blast on it and I've cashed out at £355, I made all that off just £15, that's me done with the roulette for a good while now, I barely ever play it and when I do I never put any more than £20 on it.
Anyways back onto the hobbies, with my winnings I'll be purchasing myself a nice shiny new Yamaha P-35 Stage Piano to take my playing to the next level.
Just gotta wait for the money to get into my account, hopefully it'll be in there by Friday, I suppose I could use the money to clear my credit card but thats no fun
