Even a few years ago I don't think he would have made the transition very well, he's never been hard to find, has a physical style and grinded out a good few fights down the stretch. At 175 I don't see where his advantages would have come from. The Chavez fight obviously would have made sense, but there are no top guys that would be more beatable for him than GGG is right now, not by a long shot. I'd give him a punchers chance against Stevenson, but thats a massive ask and he could easily get blown out there.

Was just reading that Froch is willing to rethink retirement for a fight with DeGale or Golovkin-Ring TV.
    Google it.

I don't think it's a good move. I don't fancy his chances against Stevenson and he sure as fuck isn't beating Kovalev.

He's 38 and seemingly nearing the end of his rope. What he needs to do is get that fight made with Andre Ward. Andre is coming off a lot of inactivity so there's no better time than the present for Froch to try his luck against him.

Froch doesn't seem to want anything to do with Ward, he's said it 10 times at least. I believe him, why can't the Brits and Canadians?

At Carl's age inactivity is a career ending thing , he should just retire and be happy with a good career. For me the only fight worth taking is the Ward rematch , if he doesn't want that then walk away.

As long as Froch has the desire then he should get back in the ring but not at light heavy.

Ward does not want to go to Nottingham but is willing to fight in Wembley then he should target that fight.
GGG would be a good victory for Froch
    De Gale is beatable
    Hell even Kessler.

You have to be mad to think Froch has any chance against GGG, as much as I dislike him DeGale gives him a hard time.

Ward is his safest option, but really he should pack it in. Hes not doing bad at un-making a dick of himself as a sky commentator, because we all know george groves would even be better than him at that!

That's fine, but he doesn't belong in the conversation of great British fighters if he doesn't try to avenge his loss to Ward.

Ward boxed circles around him and really gave him a lopsided beating. If he doesn't feel the urge to get revenge, then he's a punk.

Does he have the balls NO, I don't think he does there are some nasty big punchers there,
he say's lot's of things, but end of the day Froch is Froch I am this I am that.!!!!!!!!
Carl Froch contradicts himself on many occasions, and makes himself look foolish he's a
descent fighter, but a cock in the other departments.
