I don't like sharing a bathroom with anyone anyway. I have always avoided standing at a urinal with another person. I have always thought it odd that people could stand in close proximity pissing like that. I find it a bit odd. I always use a cubicle, but mostly I avoid public restrooms as they are filthy places. If I haven't cleaned the bathroom, then I don't really want to use it. It is for the sake of hygiene and decency. I don't understand why the transgender person couldn't do much the same. Male toilet facilities haven't moved on much since the stone age.

When a man is transgendered and becomes a woman, then he is supposed to be legally 100% a woman.

Why do they get to say "ohh I'm 100% a woman now... but if a scenario presents itself where it's advantageous to be a man then I reserve the right to temporarily revert back to a man."

Also doesn't this open the door for a lot of creeps? Like a normal heterosexual man who's a pervert can dress up like a woman and say "IM TRANSGENDERED I GET TO IN THE WOMENS BATHROOM/DRESSING ROOM." And then he's doing all sorts of stuff like filming with his iPhone, or maybe he's grabbing chicks or just sitting there staring, or maybe he gets off on women taking dumps and he's in there jerking off furiously with women shitting next to him.

As if this is ever going to be an issue. I couldn't care less if public washrooms were unisex, trans welcome, or anything else. Why the hell would it bother anyone to be using one and have a transgender person next to them, even in a urinal? Are they assumed to be somehow more inclined to strike an interest in you and start gazing or something? That's a different thing entirely, and hardly fair to make a ruling on.

True, but in that case they should make all toilets cubicle form and move male bathroom behavior beyond the stone age. It's not right for anyone to have to piss next to a drunk man who appears to be aiming for your leg. The last thing we need is women coming in trying to use the urinal. Just ban them completely and let's make public toilets civilised, hygienic places that even I might consider using once in a blue moon.
