Yeah I agree that they pushed him way to early. He should be at 140, he's still a VERY strong guy at those higher weights.
To be fair to his trainers though, a lot of times a guy learns new tricks in the gym and just reverts back to his old ways in the ring. Some guys never seem to listen to their corners: they get good advice between rounds and just trudge out and do the exact same thing they've been doing and fall further behind.
Broner's a strong personality and has an ego second to only Mayweather. He's probably one of those dolts too arrogant to take the advice. Problem is, he doesn't have Mayweather's ring IQ to go figure shit out on his own.
