Harris would be easy pickings for Junior if the interested Witter turns up.
I think Saddo's right as it also fits with what Witter said in the pre-fight, he wants Cotto.
Witter believes he has the measure of cotto and it would be a cracking fight.
With a proper belt around his waist maybe the fight is viable before chunky Cotto looks at the move up?
I can't see Hatton looking to fight Witter anytime soon as the payday doesn't add up yet.
A successful fight for Witter against cotto though would give Hatton a real nugget to aim for and something that may interest the American audience.

Cotto will stop Witter.
Mayweather would school Witter.
Hatton would stop Witter at LW.
Zab vs Witter would be a VERY good fight, lets hope it comes off.

I think you guys are getting a little carried away with Junior's win.

He beat a gatekeeper. nothing more.

Expect Witter's first defense to be against someone like Ben Rabah or Henry Brussels.

The closest I see him getting to a mega fight is against Pauli Malignaggi.

He will probably remain on the fringes for another couple years then he will get a big domestic fight with Amir Khan in 2008.

I can't see Ricky fighting him, not now he's gatecrashed America and can get mega fights like Urango

Let's not forget he's WBC champ now though... Surely that would help land him big fights... I mean why shouldn't Hatton wan't the fight it's a unification... And as Bilbo pointed out he's fighting Urango now... NOBODY cares about that fight, so if he doesn't look great but get's another "win", I could see him fighting Witter.
