Cortez retired long before Manny/Floyd so it could not have happened but the fall out would have been intolerable. As it is, it was one of the easiest fights Floyd has had in the last 5 years and people were still calling for a rematch. Ok I admit that I'm a little confused by the example for comparison. My attempt in the first reply failed so I'll simply say that Cortez was not there to meddle like an overprotective grandmother and stick his face in for camera angle prosperity and Manny was not trying to stick his tongue down Floyds throat so..........
