I have to agree with the 'Bean-Man'.

He is 100% correct on this one.

Who cares how much he generates? He is not worth the vast sums he gets for the performance he produces. They overpaid on his contract.

So less should go to Floyd and more should go to the old rich dudes who promote the fights and work behind the scenes?

If anything I want the guys who risk their health and well being to make bigger %'s of the gross.

He fought and whipped the guy that everyone said he was afraid to fight. People said Pac was gonna knock him out and Floyd made him look pedestrian. Let the man get paid!

He got over paid for a fight 5 years past its sell by date. The fight was pure hype and was rubbish to watch. Biggest fight in history my ass.

Floyd is laughing all the way to the bank but the only 2 big fights in terms of challenge were Canelo and Manny (past its sell by date). He is vastly overpaid compared to the entertainment he provides.

Hahah he stood in front of Manny and actually threw more punches than Manny!

Manny sabotaged himself, instead of a regular cortisone shot he wanted to be injected with Toradol, which is also a stimulant that gives athletes incredible boosts and makes them feel absolutely no pain or fear. I guess I understand that though, we all know Manny did his best work under the influence of something... but that's neither here nor there hahaha.

Winners win, losers and haters are left to make excuses (and get sued for not properly disclosing injuries hahaha).

FLOYD gets the job done always.

Do we have to throw how much money a fighter generates into the mix now? Piss on whether it'll be a good or meaningful match, you want to know how much money the fighter will generate. Are you a promoter or a fan?

What do you mean, throw it into the mix? The world runs on the supply/demand principle. Regardless of Mayweather's excitement, there is a LARGE demand to see him fight, and thus he generates a ton of money.

If a guy generates over half a billion dollars in revenue, doesn't he deserve a fair share of it? Or is it all supposed to just go to the promoters? I'm not sure what the argument is here. Are people who feel Floyd is overpaid arguing that the fighters should get less and promoters more of the proceeds?

I didn't say a single word about how money Floyd takes home. I was objecting to you talking like a promoter instead of a fan. I don't care how much a fighter earns or generates, I want to see exciting and meaningful fights.

When was the last time we saw Floyd in an exciting fight? No entertainment value.

I have to agree with you on that, Floyd usually figures out a way to make it look easy. The prick just doesn't care if it's exciting for us, he just cares about winning! LOL
