Yeah, not the greatest source. I'm sorry I couldn't find the one I read on Boxing scene, it was a couple of lines at the end of a report . if I find it , I'll forward it .
I did look on Hearn's Twitter page though and it was as they said. The reason I think Hearn has been quiet is because he KNOWS Froch is retired, and I reckon Hearn reckons Froch is just being a tease. Hearn can't be fucked wasting energy and time on a match up only for Froch to say no.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying Froch is bottling it or anything like that. And if he hadn't have been so inactive at his age, with the size difference , he might even win the fight.
What I'm saying is that Froch knows that you're a long time retired and he probably hasn't had as many out of ring options thrown at him as he thought he would, and he is just craving and milking every last drop of spotlight.

You can't start posting on social media that your "too big and strong" for Glolovkin (who it was clearly aimed at) then go silent when Golovkins team start firing bac tweets saying "ok wonderful now prove it"
This happened earlier and Froch has gone very quiet all of a sudden.
Either fight him or retire and stop all the bullshit.
Golovkin has put himself on a plate for Froch and done so publicly, offering to fight in the UK and move up in weigh - both are huge advantages for Froch and I'm amazed he hasn't jumped at this already.
I think deep down Froch knows Golovkin will dish out a career first stoppage and simply doesn't want to go out like that 😉
