Name a fight where a fighter got away with a blatant knockdown blow to the back of the head.

Actually, I had Foreman/Frazier in mind.....

But,

Carlos Monzon hit Gratien Tonna with a better right-hand to the back of the head.

The Referee did nothing, and counted out Gratien while he was on his hands and knee's
on the canvas.
