So they and the wba actually "requested" him. This is simply trying to put the magic back in the hype hat and sell himself on "four division champ" rather than actually winning the big one
Its a hoodwink. Khabib is decent but will be very undersized and off long layoff. His TD against Guzman should be a KO..he beat him UP, and Vargas was very close..not a robbery.

If this guy has, or at least has a claim to have beaten Joan Guzman and Vargas, I don't see why this shouldn't be at least a good fight. Guy is also only 24 and a southpaw, he'll know this is a huge chance for him as well. If he has a career best camp for this one and Broner fights the way he has been, who knows?
