I think Freddie kind of hinted at PED use when he talked about Ariza giving Pac special "drinks" or whatever the fuck it was. Freddie claimed to not know what was in them... almost like he knew about PED use and wanted to distance himself from it and pin it on Ariza if it ever came out.
