The way i see, no matter when or where he comes back he's damaged goods. That eye is toast and this isn't a rocky movie. Was never a fan of the guy so it makes no difference to me but someone will light him up sooner or later and he'll find himself slumped in a corner getting teed off on.

On a side note, its not the popular opinion, but I do believe there's no proof that he used loaded wraps in the cotto fight. Cotto had someone there with a chance to watch/check the wrapping just as shane did. Cotto was always getting torn up and at first said he didnt think so.. and the the more he heard people wondering... the better it sounded. Wraps or no wraps when you get it by as many punches as he did in that fight ... and put the muffs on and funnel uppercuts to your chin/face with your forearms, you're going to get busted up pretty good. just my two cents.
