Just up front...some years ago there was a case where the son of an Orange County ('S @Spicoli) sheriff and his friends violated an intoxicated girl with a pool cue. Had that been my son, once I saw that video, he would never have made it to court. After I killed him his mother and I would have talked long and serious about where we went wrong.
Now, Cosby...there was a time (60s,early 70:-) when getting so high you didn't know what you did, or who you did, was cool. There are a lot of striations in that statement and I'm not justifying anything beyond this...what have you done in your youth that you would undo? If I am making sense?
Now, Jarod. He was doing 17 year old escorts in NY. Did he know? It seems so. I am leery of any guy older than 23 or 4 that used "I thought she was 18" as an excuse. Fuck him. Put him on a real yard. Let him do his five among men.

Comedian Damon Wayans- weighed in- I agree with a lot of what he said.

I disagree with his rational: I don't think it is a money-hustle as he stated. IMO this is being orchestrated. 35 women don't have that kind of power to get media outlets- to get them ALL together @ the same time.

To me if this was about money- a court case would have long been set up for all of the alleged. But the idea of innocent till proven guilty doesn't hold for this case. Often a case is tried where jurors aren't familiar with the case so they aren't slanted toward a verdict.

Cosby however has a new law applied: you are innocent UNLESS a bunch come forward- then we will try U in the media & brand U as GUILTY.

Without a legal "guilty" verdict we will take his star on the walk of fame. We will revoke his status with the colleges he gave generously to. Well make sure Disney Land eliminated your existence. We will stop running any and all shows you have ever done. ALL this without a legal trial.

Guilty in the court of media.
He is humiliated beyond repair. Considered a rapist on the basis of how many alleged it to be and not on legal grounds proving such.

I agree that Damon asked the right question(s), but disagree it is the result of a money-hustle. It is much bigger than that.

Even more interesting is that several years ago-Cosby was held in high esteem for telling blacks they were their own worst enemy & stop blaming white folk.

He then went on a (quiet) tour to black schools attempting to explain that his words were taken out of context. In Milwaukee he spoke to a high school : North Division (no tickets were available to the public) Just the kids- He told them: go to black colleges. Start your own business. It's not about NOT soliciting white businesses- its about soliciting your own community.

Don't allow the music industry to force you to denigrate women. AND don't let the media tell U that pro-black organizations are racist. They ask U :
