Google Tourette syndrome. It looks like a mild case or he may take meds to control it.
If you watch his fights on YouTube you'll see it in every fight.

Just now getting to see the fight. Pretty good gut-check fight. Mares IMO always seems to border on getting penalized for something. A lot of holding, mauling, few hits to the back of the head- but he definitely came out of the gate taking it to the inside.

The multitude of punches made it easy to look past the bit of mauling.

I have re-watched it now and saw the under card fights which were entertaining.
