So basically Floyd did this to make weight, you can see from his recent weigh in's he has been hovering around the 147 limit. So what? Strip him of all the belts and make him pay Pac a hefty penalty? Seems like this might be a money grab attempt. Well if anyone deserves it Floyd does. Dude is getting old and having trouble making weight, he isn't juicing. You would think he would fight more aggressively if he was.![]()

The question I have is... is this just the opposite of the Chavez Jr. diuretic issue. I mean if he received a ban for testing positive for something that helped him crap the water weight away. Could he have just sat in a sauna for extra hours before the weigh in been helped to the scales and then been issued the same IV to rehydrate overnight to his usual 20 lbs over? If the NY state athletic commission and Gatti could be sued by gamache for purging and then gaining enough weight (19lbs- if you believe there was no scale tampering) overnight naturally to end gamache's career with punches... How does it become a non issue now to do it unnaturally?
They want your @$$ beat because upsets make news. News brings about excitement, excitement brings about ratings. The objective is to bring you up to the tower and tear your @$$ down. And if you don't believe that, you're crazy.

I am starting to hate Floyd even more than I did before. How dare he manipulate the process of drug testing to suit himself. How long has he been doing it? Floyd claimed the higher moral ground on drug testing and yet he has been exposed.
I believe it is deliberately leaked to sell more ppv fights

Lyle and Spicoli are correct. One thing that is for sure here is that USADA bended its rules to accommodate Floyd.
The other thing that is odd is that Floyd hovers around 150 in between fights. In this particular fight, he was at 150.5 at the 30 day weigh in. Why would he need to be rehydrated through an IV if he was only losing 3.5 pounds? I understand chugging a gatorade or something, but needing a TUE for an IV for 3.5 pounds? It doesn't make much sense.
