Then he is getting raked because he barely cracked a million last fight. He'll finally get paid next fight.
He's had to work harder than most to get to the top.

    Purse against Geale - $750,000
Purse against Rubio - $900,000 (base)
Purse against Murray - unknown (would it be fair to assume $1 million?)
Purse against Monroe - $1.5 million

So in the space of one year, from what has been reported, he's earnt over $4 million. To earn those millions he's fought 22 rounds. He is now headlining a fight on HBO PPV in a sold out Madison Square Garden.

I'd hardly call him a pauper.

Kell Brook - A 'world' champion in one of the most talent rich & celebrated divisions in boxing & nobody of any note wants to fight him!

He gets fed a diet of the likes No No Dan to feast on when there are so many great fighters around at 147!

Even Amir Khan can't be bothered to fight him & that's one of the biggest fights out there!
